Payment

Stripe receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in SEK and are incl. VAT. (Where VAT is required)

Stripe uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Delivery

Postnord delivers on all weekdays.

Warranty

A 2 year warranty is given according to the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to errors in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

ScanBike will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Cancellation

14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The notification must be given per email at contact@scanbike.com. In the announcement you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The item’s condition when you return it

You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise’s commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but do not use it in actual use.
